Im done with that. I just want to feel good. To stave off the ravages of time and remain as youthful as humanly possible, Harrison relies on two old standbys: Regular exercise and good nutrition. Yup, no earth-shattering revelation there. But Harrison a fit 160 pounds at five-foot-nine is a stickler for sticking to his regimen.

California schools’ fitness tests: About one-third of students met the goals
Nearly 40 percent of freshmen at the school scored in the “Healthy Fitness Zone” in all six areas, surpassing the state average. Schlaff said the school plans to start a campaign encouraging more students to walk and bike to school. The school has also added a salad bar to its cafeteria and offers dance and yoga to make students aware of the need to live a healthy lifestyle. “We’re trying to take more of a holistic approach,” he said. “It’s not something we take lightly.” Students at Foothill Middle School in Walnut Creek scored about the same as seventh-graders throughout the state, with about 32 percent meeting all six fitness Insanity Workout Reviews goals.
